Onboarding Admin-Lipa

Assist bikers during the onboarding process and guide them through the application requirements. Collect and review required documents from applicants including: Motorcycle OR/CR Driver’s License (Restriction 1/A) NBI Clearance Barangay Clearance or Police Clearance Verify the authenticity and completeness of submitted documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Conduct interviews with bikers to assess their qualifications, driving experience and readiness for the role. Provide clear instructions and support to applicants regarding onboarding procedures and document submission. Maintain organized records of applicant information and submitted documents for tracking and reference. Address applicant inquiries and assist in resolving issues related to missing or incomplete requirements. Ensure that all onboarding steps are completed before bikers proceed to the next stage of activation. Activate all bikers who successfully completed the onboarding process. Enroll bikers in insurance programs after account activation. Process IP enrollment for bikers who availed of ATD IP. Upload and maintain photos of biker accounts for proper documentation and monitoring. Monitor clawback cases and ensure accurate tracking of biker records. Monitor and process free top-up incentives for successfully onboarded bikers.

College Level/Bachelor's Degree 2 years experience Good Communication Skills, Computer literate, experience in google sheets, docs and forms.
