People Operations Specialist (Security Services)

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to support the daily operational management of Security Guards in Security Services projects. This is a frontline workforce operations role, involving shift coordination, absence & replacement management, onboarding of new employees, and direct support of field staff. The People Operations Specialist acts as a key point of contact for Security Guards and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations, covering staffing needs, supporting employees, and resolving incidents in real time. Responsibilities Recruiting & Onboarding new staff into active projects Daily coordination of Security Guards (100+ employees) Managing absences and last-minute replacements Supporting shift planning Supporting operations during incidents and urgent situations Handling basic HR tasks (leaves, sick days, employee records)

Experience in similar role in Security guarding is mandatory Comfort with intensive phone communication and multitasking Ability to make decisions under pressure Practical, solution-oriented mindset Strong organizational skills and fast response time Very good MS Office skills Basic HR knowledge (onboarding, leave handling) considered a plus Mindset we are looking for Strong execution mindset Resilience under pressure Comfort in fast-paced environments Solution-oriented attitude Hands-on mentality High sense of responsibility and professionalism
