Job description
You will coordinate stock movements, manage dispatch activities and maintain warehouse operations to ensure products are available in the right place, at the right time. You'll work closely with internal teams, stores and courier partners, balancing accuracy, efficiency and brand standards in everything you do. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process and distribute stock, ensuring inventory is accurately checked, tagged, priced and allocated.
- Manage customer orders, store replenishment and dispatch activities, ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate courier services, resolve freight issues and monitor dispatch-related costs.
- Maintain warehouse organisation, oversee stocktakes and manage seasonal inventory movements.
- Support day-to-day operational requirements, including consumables, warehouse security and company vehicle maintenance.
You will bring experience in dispatch, warehousing, logistics or inventory control, along with:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently.
- Confidence working with inventory systems and operational processes.
- A willingness to be hands-on and contribute wherever required.
