About the role Our Procurement & Purchasing department is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Procurement & Purchasing Officer The role's main accountabilities will be the following: • Manage procurement activities for Indirect Categories, and communicate with suppliers. • Prepare and issue purchase requests and purchase orders based on the needs of internal departments (Operations, Planning, Production, R&D, Quality). • Prepare RFIs/RFQs, execute tenders, and evaluate supplier offers. • Monitor orders and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate execution. • Manage delivery-related issues and update information in SAP. • Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials. • Review invoices and verify the accuracy of delivered goods and services. • Support supplier negotiations for selected purchasing categories. • Update price lists and prepare reports/KPIs in line with procurement procedures. • Manage contract information and monitor contract renewals and expiration dates.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role. Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Very good knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems. Experience with ARIBA or similar procurement platforms, as well as e-auctions and RFQs, will be considered an asset. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships. Strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and problem-solving mindset. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
