Job description

To meet current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team a Strategic Market Intelligence & Advisory Senior Manager We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Market Intelligence & Advisory Senior Manager to join our Commercial Division of Lamda Development, dealing with residential projects. The position will be reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, Residential. In detail, the new colleague in this position shall support the team in various matters, such as: Strategic Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Collect and interpret market data, industry trends and insights, and competitor performance to inform executive strategic decision-making on residential product and buyer profiles. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Leverage tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau etc.) to transform large datasets into actionable insights across all functions of the Commercial Division (sales, rentals, customer service, marketing, partners etc.). Integration and use of AI tools in the day-to-day business. Reporting & Performance Measurement: Prepare high-impact presentations and insights for senior leadership, enabling data-driven strategic decisions, contribution to frequent reports of various teams within the company. Preparation of internal management reports as well as additional Ad Hoc analyses/reports. Preparation of KPI models of various functions to monitor performance from senior management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Partners, Development and Finance, as well as external stakeholders, such as clients, developers etc., to align financial goals with operational execution. Business Planning: Prepare and maintain business plan models and budgets of the Residential Real Estate Services business unit that is commercializing residential projects. Work closely with Group’s finance, accounting and development departments to provide required input. Financial Analysis & Modelling: Prepare and maintain all files related to commercial input, assumptions and forecasts. You will be a successful candidate for our job opening if you can identify yourself with the following criteria: Academic Qualifications & Soft Skills: Bachelor’s degree in finance/engineering, ideally combined with a master’s degree in investment finance or real estate faculties. CFA or MRICS certifications will be considered an asset. Advanced analytical skills with solid financial valuation, modelling and/or development appraisal track record (DCF models, investment appraisal KPIs etc.). Advanced user of MS Office with solid Excel experience (spreadsheet connectivity, automation, macros etc.). Power BI or Tableau knowledge is a strong plus. Proficiency level in the English language. Professional Experience: More than 5-10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a well-established companies in the real estate industry (development companies, REICs, Real estate investment banking, real estate consulting etc.). On a personal side, the right candidate for this position should be: Able to manage complex data requests, fast learner with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Characterized by strong attention to detail, fresh thinking, pro-activeness, and time dedication. Ability to work under own initiative with limited supervision. Able to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment. A high sense of urgency and a pro-active approach to problem solving. Team-oriented, hands-on, highly skilled, adaptive, and client-focused. Must have the ability to develop strong working relationships with third party client, consultants, contractors and local authorities. Good written and oral communication skills.
