This position helps make gospel teaching, resources, or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way. Under moderate supervision, interacts with customers on telephone, learns second computer software package and answers customer service questions pertaining to curriculum materials, magazines, Church News subscriptions, and other materials used in units and by individuals. Develops proficiency in processing and entering orders for curriculum materials & magazine subscriptions. Incumbent receives training on subscription software package, and functions within general operating policies and procedures.
