Job description

Santikos Collection, a prestigious hospitality company known for its luxury resorts and hotels, is currently seeking a talented and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team. This position will be based at one of our stunning properties in Piraeus, Greece. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a pivotal role in ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. You will handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, provide exceptional customer service, and address any guest concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry. There will be some flexibility in shift patterns, including occasional night shifts. Responsibilities Welcome guests and handle the check-in/check-out process in an efficient and courteous manner. Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly. Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other requests as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Process payments and ensure accurate billing. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests and requirements are met. Handle guest complaints or issues, escalating to supervisors or management if necessary.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using hotel software and systems. Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays. Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
