What You’ll do: In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and help us attract the kind of talent that drives our business forward: Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and business-critical roles across fintech, finance, risk, and corporate functions Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, challenging and refining hiring needs when needed Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse pipelines of top-tier talent Craft compelling, insight-driven job descriptions that attract high-quality candidates Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our culture and ambition Drive proactive headhunting for hard-to-fill and senior positions Contribute to and shape employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, events, and other channels Manage relationships with external recruitment partners where relevant Track, analyse, and report recruitment metrics to support data-driven decisions
