Build the financial engine behind one of the fastest-growing healthcare retail companies in Bulgaria. That is why we are looking for a strong, business-minded Finance Manager who will help us make better decisions, improve profitability, and support our next phase of growth. This is not a traditional accounting role. We already have a well-structured accounting function and ERP systems. We are looking for someone who understands business, numbers, operational reality, and how to turn financial information into action. Your Mission To become the financial partner of management and help Ototon grow in a controlled, profitable, and scalable way. You will work closely with the management team on topics such as:  Financial analysis and business performance  Budgeting and forecasting  Profitability by center, channel, and product  KPI dashboards and management reporting  Cash flow optimization  Investment analysis and ROI  Pricing and margin optimization  Business case modeling for new initiatives  Expansion and financial planning  Cost control and operational efficiency You will help transform finance from “reporting the past” into driving the future. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis  Build and improve budgets, forecasts, and rolling financial plans  Analyze monthly performance and identify opportunities for improvement  Develop profitability analysis by center, region, product class, and sales channel  Create management dashboards and KPI reporting Business Partnering  Work closely with management to support strategic decisions  Challenge assumptions using financial data  Help department managers better understand their numbers  Support commercial and operational teams with insights Cash Flow & Profitability  Improve cash flow visibility and planning  Monitor profitability and margin development  Identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities  Improve financial discipline across the organization Strategic Projects  Support business expansion initiatives  Participate in financial modeling for investments  Help structure scalable financial systems and controls  Participate in M&A, funding, or strategic projects when relevant The Right Person For This Role You are probably someone who:  Loves business, not just accounting  Thinks analytically and commercially  Enjoys turning messy data into clear insights  Understands operations and how companies really work  Is proactive and solution-oriented  Can challenge ideas constructively  Wants to grow with an ambitious company Requirements  5+ years experience in finance, controlling, FP&A, or business finance  Strong financial analysis skills  Experience with budgeting and forecasting  Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills  Experience with ERP systems  Strong business understanding  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills  Fluent Bulgarian and professional English Strong advantage if you have:  Experience in retail, healthcare, or multi-location businesses  Experience with BI dashboards / Power BI  Experience in rapidly growing companies  Financial modeling experience  International business exposure What We Offer Meaningful Work You will help build a company that genuinely improves people’s quality of life.
