What You’ll do: Respond to internal users inquiries via phone, email, and online chat Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Escalate complex issues to higher-level support Maintain inventory of all hardware and software assets Contribute to maintaining and developing up to date Knowledge Base Create and maintain employee accounts in Active Directory and O365
