Job description

Lead. Coach. Grow. Build the strongest medical referral channel in hearing healthcare. Today, Ototon is the leading hearing care network in Bulgaria, operating premium hearing centers and helping thousands of people improve their hearing through world-class technology and highly consultative care. Our company is growing fast and investing heavily in people, systems, and innovation. That is why we are looking for a Manager of Medical Sales Channel — a high-impact leadership role focused entirely on growing and professionalizing our medical referral ecosystem. You will lead, coach, train, and develop our team of Medical Representatives while building stronger partnerships with ENT specialists, hospitals, GPs, and medical communities. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales. At Ototon, our mission is simple but meaningful: to help people hear better, reconnect with loved ones, stay confident at work, and live fuller lives. This role is critically important because strong medical relationships and high-quality doctor referrals directly improve patients' lives. You will be the architect responsible for turning Ototon’s medical channel into a highly professional, measurable, and scalable national growth engine. Your mission is to turn good representatives into exceptional performers and ensure field excellence that connects top-tier medicine with premium hearing care.

A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, or healthcare channel development. A minimum of 2 years of proven leadership experience, with a strong advantage if you have managed field-based teams. Hands-on experience working directly with doctors, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and medical communities. Exceptional leadership, training, and coaching skills with a natural ability to motivate people and develop their full potential. A strong commercial mindset combined with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. High organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to comfortably manage KPIs and territory performance. Specific experience in ENT, audiology, hearing care, medical devices, pharma, healthcare retail, or multi-location organizations (as a big advantage). A genuine passion for healthcare, a love for field coaching, and a desire to build systems that create a lasting social impact.
