R&D Designer

The position was primarily established to support Asso’s R&D Team in transforming new ideas into functional prototypes. The role involves close collaboration with engineers and product managers to evolve systems through continuous experimentation and research. Responsibilities Design & Prototyping: Create designs, 3D models (CAD), and physical prototypes for testing purposes. Research & Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and analyze market trends and emerging technologies. Testing: Conduct laboratory tests on prototypes to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Documentation: Prepare technical reports and maintain records throughout the product development phases. Collaboration: Support senior designers in solving complex design challenges.

Degree in Design (Industrial/Product Design), Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Intermediate knowledge of design software such as Inventor, SolidWorks, or Ansys. Familiarity with international standards. Excellent command of English is essential for studying international literature and communicating with overseas partners. Curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to receive and apply feedback effectively. Attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
