R&D Research Specialist

The position was primarily established to support Asso’s R&D Team. The R&D Research Specialist position focuses on scientific investigation, data collection, and the optimization of methodologies to support the development of innovative solutions. Responsibilities Database Registration: Recording systems in a structured database, including the creation of a comprehensive dataset of all competitor excavation systems as well as systems relevant to our field of work. Data Analysis: Interpreting experimental results and applying statistical methods to support decision‑making. Technical Documentation: Preparing technical reports and maintaining detailed records of experimental procedures and outcomes. Trend Research: Conducting continuous review of relevant scientific publications and research findings, as well as monitoring emerging raw materials and evolving regulatory frameworks.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering). Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar industrial or technical environment. Proficiency in 3D CAD software. Knowledge of data analysis methods, statistical techniques, and industrial standards/regulations. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with very good command of the English language. Ability to work effectively in team environments.
