Programme Management Specialist, (IPSA-11), Accra, Ghana (UNCDF) (Open to Tier 0, 1, and 2 Applicants)

The Specialist will work under the supervision of the Regional Investment Specialist for West and Central Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean. Please note the appropriate Tier indicated in the vacancy title and ensure that you hold the applicable contract as defined below. Tier 0: UNDP/UNCDF/UNV IP staff holding permanent (PA) and fixed-term (FTA) appointments, whose posts will be abolished, or contracts will be terminated or not renewed during 2026. Tier 1: Other UNDP/UNCDF/UNV staff holding permanent (PA) and fixed-term (FTA) appointments.
