Responsibilities How you’ll make an impact in this role Demonstrate commitment to organizational core values, quality improvement initiatives, and effective communication and customer service across all levels of the organization. Follow and promote safe work practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), adherence to safety protocols, and participation in departmental and organizational safety programs. Install , maintain , and repair complex plumbing and mechanical systems, including domestic water, reverse-osmosis, sanitary, storm, sump, and lift station systems, as well as related fixtures and equipment. Perform specialized tasks such as metal fabrication, brazing, cutting, and welding, while supporting the Master Plumber in fulfilling departmental responsibilities. Monitor and report work progress to management; operate with minimal supervision while applying critical thinking and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. Provide facility support services such as snow removal and general maintenance duties, and complete additional assignments and projects as needed.
