Financial Crime Team Lead - KordaMentha Implementation Services

An exciting opportunity exists to join KordaMentha Implementation Services as a Team Lead for Financial Crime Operations. You will be part of the KordaMentha team that offers flexible, AML/CTF specialised resources via a co-sourced model or Managed Service.  Our team members undertake agreed AML/CTF operational activities on behalf of our clients.

Reporting to the Implementation Services Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Analysts who work with different clients.  You will be responsible for liaising with and providing insights to the Operations Manager in relation to how the team(s) are operating, resourced, and the status of internal quality assurance being undertaken.

In addition to maintaining individual KPIs and QA results you will provide expert coaching and guidance to the team, enabling development toward delivery of their individual, and client shared KPI’s.

We are looking for people with the following qualifications and experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in either Business, Commerce, Financial Services, Accounting, Law, or relevant discipline
• 3+ years’ experience in AML/CTF
• 2+ years' leadership of an AML Operations team
• You must have demonstrated leadership experience, delivering to multiple stakeholders
• Very high attention to detail
• Personal commitment to and visible role modelling of the organisation's behaviours and values
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders through effective communication (verbal and written)
• Passionate about AML/CTF
• Most importantly, you will have a passion for developing and coaching a team of analysts.
