Accountant

Wurth Hellas SA is seeking a motivated and experienced Mid-Senior Accountant to join our Finance Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in the daily accounting operations of the company, with strong involvement in myDATA processes , revenue and expense accounting, and tax compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations and bookkeeping activities Handle and monitor myDATA procedures for both revenue and expense documents Ensure accurate transmission, reconciliation, and compliance of invoices through the myDATA platform Perform accounting entries and reconciliations for accounts payable and accounts receivable Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures Ensure compliance with Greek accounting standards and tax legislation Collaborate with internal departments, external auditors, and tax advisors Assist in improving accounting procedures and internal controls Support financial reporting and ad hoc finance projects

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting Strong knowledge of myDATA , Greek accounting standards, and tax regulations Experience in both revenue and expense accounting processes Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
