What you’ll do

The Client Service Manager is responsible for the proactive management, delivery and support of services provided to Equifax’s top tier clients to ensure their services are first class. Accountabilities include client relationship management, operational reviews, customer usage monitoring, service level management, proactive client outage, incident and enquiry escalation, implement and lead ongoing monthly governance meetings with customers, providing voice of customer feedback to the company for consideration in development of new products and services and service improvement.

This role will suit someone who is responsive, focused on customer engagement and delivering customer success. You are good at planning and managing work output in a multitasking environment. You will possess strategic thinking and articulation and demonstrate a solid understanding of customers’ perspectives to advocate for customer needs and gain commitment for the resources needed to meet those needs.

What are we looking for?

3+ years of experience in a similar role

Proactively identifies, recommends, and implements value-added solutions to strengthen relationships with customers

Confidently converses with clients about their industry and business

Knowledge of key cost, revenue and profitability drivers

Strong operational and implementation skills

Exceptional personal customer relationship management skills

Outstanding interpersonal and liaison skills with all levels of stakeholders

Extra points for any of the following

Extensive knowledge of financial services, credit and associated sectors

Experience leading governance meetings
