Job description
Equifax continues to grow and with that we are looking for a dynamic Compensation Partner to join our Global Team. As a partner to the business, you will provide compensation support to business units or functions, with a special focus on the administration of the EFX annual incentive plan (AIP) program.
What You’ll Do
•
Oversees operational analysis and recommendations for all aspects of compensation, including Base Pay recommendations and changes, Long-Term Incentives, Short-term Incentives, Executive Compensation, and One-Time Payments.
•
Performs market pricing and WorkDay administration, leveraging MarketPay and other market survey tools
•
Partner with Senior HR Business Partners, Legal, Finance and Accounting Teams to conduct eligibility and data accuracy audits with Finance and Accounting to forecast annual compensation-related expenses and accrual information, particularly the accrual process and payment calculation for EFX Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
•
Leverage Equifax Merit strategy and philosophy to determine appropriate merit range and application for roles globally; market price external ranges for global merit increases by country.
•
Provide project leadership for compensation activities aligned to Annual Incentive Plan, Annual Merit and Annual Equity Grant projects.
What Experience You Need
•
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field
•
3-5 years of experience in compensation administration
•
3 years experience managing incentive programs
•
3 + years experience in Excel
