The Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement and Account Based Marketing (ABM), is responsible for planning, executing and measuring a range of multitouch marketing programs for key accounts, industries and sales teams. The role requires deep subject matter expertise in creating customized materials to meet the needs for each target audience. He or she is responsible for ensuring that the sales organization is well equipped with the content, tools, messaging, and other resources necessary to effectively market our products and services.
What you'll do
•
Develop industry specific assets, tools and collateral such as sell sheets, proof point/client quotes, quarterly business reviews, competitive battlecards, product brochures, sales playbooks, and training messaging
•
Gather content and produce sales newsletters; Work to ensure content is timely, relevant and aligned with commercial strategies. Become an expert in our internal email deployment system, Poppulo, to help ensure consistent communication
•
Review and manage the existing sales materials library to determine opportunities to improve the sales experience, ensure the content is current and relevant and best technology is employed
•
Ensure each sales team member is able to consume, understand and utilize sales ready messaging from marketing campaigns to ensure successful execution and demand generation
•
Understand the account portfolio, including how to prioritize and group accounts according to opportunity, buyer need, industry, buying cycle stage and propensity to buy
•
Partner with sales training team to ensure all onboarding content is up to date, easy to use and relevant for our key audiences
•
Work with the marketing and strategic initiatives teams to package and roll out new programs or campaigns to the sales force across all verticals
•
Partner with CSS team to produce business review content making sure the story we tell is up-to-date and provides value to audience
•
Manage a variety of sales support initiatives focused on assisting the company win new business and retain / cross sell existing customers
•
Provide sales with content to reach out to contacts and help sales to identify these contacts and make an initial introduction to them through traditional demand creation avenues
•
Write communication on behalf of sales, and show reps how to execute program elements on their own with High Velocity Sales and other technology
•
Develop thought leadership (e.g. via white papers, speaking engagements at trade shows and analyst relations) to position the organization as an expert on the business issues addressed by the solution
What experience you need
•
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a background in communications, marketing or journalism
•
3-5 years of relevant experience developing creative content at the corporate or agency level is preferred

Proven experience working with multiple marketing and sales functions to deliver superior results
