What you will be doing

The RGC Sales Manager leads regional sales performance across Commercial Print, Inkjet, CS and CF, driving sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and customer value while fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Ricoh’s annual budget achievement.

  • To drive sustained revenue, annuity and profit growth by building a resilient, engaged and results‑orientated sales team. To ensure rigorous CRM discipline and high-quality customer, account performance and penetration, provide accurate forecasting, clear visibility of future revenue, and reliable insights for informed decision‑making and leading to the achievement of the annual budget.
  • Create a high performance, accountable and collaborative team culture through strong coaching, motivation and adherence to Ricoh values Strengthen regional performance by maintaining transparent pipeline governance, early risk identification and strong conversion of qualified opportunities and business growth across allocated RGC territory.
  • To motivate and drive performance within the sales team for consistent, value‑led engagement with all customers across the region, ensuring Ricoh propositions are positioned effectively to maximise opportunity. To safeguard customer satisfaction and operational continuity by resolving employee and customer issues professionally, escalating risks where appropriate.
  • Responsible for continuously uplifting team capability by developing product, solution and industry knowledge across Commercial Print, Inkjet and CF portfolios. Enable the team to deliver credible, insight‑led customer conversations that enhance differentiation, build brand confidence and improve win rates.
  • Lead the region in executing robust account planning and business development strategies to strengthen customer outcomes and drive sustainable growth across all Ricoh lines of business. Ensure opportunities are assessed for profitability, deliverability and ethical alignment, securing long‑term value creation.
  • Support the team in identifying, qualifying and securing new business opportunities using Ricoh’s tools, data and sales methodologies. Increase market share and portfolio penetration by driving disciplined pipeline creation and strategic expansion across Commercial Print, Inkjet and CF solutions.
  • Management of direct reports, defining team and client KPIs – KRIs. Building commitment to maximise team performance by providing direction. Inspire team to achieve high standards of performance, leading by example, displaying integrity and professionalism at all times.

You will ideally have

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a B2B or technology-led environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Knowledge of large and complex product and solution sales.
  • Proven ability of balancing sales growth, revenue/GP generation and managing a high performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance improvements
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of customer-facing roles and sales cycles
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple projects
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
