This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Commercial Effectiveness Anal yst intern in our NL offices in Eindhoven or Amsterdam with Signify.

We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated intern to support our Commercial Effectiveness Analyst team in improving the commercial effectiveness of our global Consumer organization.

This internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of data, business strategy, and commercial operations , where you will contribute to data-driven decision-making and structural improvements.

You will report to the Global Head of commercial design & performance management and collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and IT.

As an intern, you will support the continuous improvement of the commercial structure by delivering analytical insights, ensuring data consistency, and enabling effective tools and frameworks . You will help ensure that commercial designs are not only well-defined, but also measurable, scalable, and continuously optimized .

Non-EU students in Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student, and your university needs to sign the Nuffic Agreement. The internship needs to be a compulsory part of your studies (receive ECTS in turn). In case of non-compulsory internship, you need to have a letter from the university in which it states that your internship contributes to your personal development, what your learning goals are, and what tasks you will undertake during your internship. The letter has to be signed and stamped by your university.
