We are looking for a high-performing Manager of New Business Team to drive Callstack’s revenue growth by winning high-value clients and building a strong, predictable new business organization.

This role is split between direct business development and team leadership . You will manage a team of BDMs and SDRs while personally owning strategic deals, complex sales processes, pricing strategy, negotiations, and commercial deal structuring.

You will report directly to the Head of Growth.

As a Manager of New Business Team you will

Lead the team toward a 20% YoY revenue growth target and around 30M+ PLN in annual New Business revenue

Build and manage your own pipeline, owning and closing strategic, high-value deals

Lead complex sales processes, including pricing strategy, contract negotiations, commercial deal structuring, and proposal quality

Lead, train, and coach a team of 4+ BDMs and SDRs. Set performance expectations, execute delivery, run deal reviews, and provide support during key calls

Coordinate outbound activities across the New Business Team and ensure pipeline quality, accuracy, and predictability

Implement the Challenger Sales methodology across the team to strengthen our consultative sales approach

Translate the sales plan into clear tasks, owners, timelines, and priorities

Manage sales forecasting and pipeline reporting

Identify and remove bottlenecks in the sales process to improve win rates and deal quality

Coordinate the creation of high-quality, reusable sales materials and unified documentation for the team

Partner with Marketing on lead generation initiatives, including events, webinars, conferences, and targeted campaigns
