Location: Newton , MS
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Full-Time
Shift: 3rd Shift 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Rotation: 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 3 days off

What you’ll do
Mechanical Maintenance: Conduct maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems such as roller and belt conveyors, presses, and foundry equipment supporting overall equipment functionality.
Welding: Perform stick or flux core welding to repair equipment or to fabricate small projects. Use of hand tools such as grinders and plasma torches.
Electrical Maintenance: Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on industrial electrical systems including 480V-600V equipment, motors, and VFDs to ensure reliable plant operations.
Shift Work Execution: Operate effectively during the 5 PM to 5 AM shift on a 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 3 days off schedule, maintaining consistent equipment uptime.
Success Metrics: Achieve minimal downtime through proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting, contributing to plant efficiency and safety.

What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
1+ year of electrical experience preferred
Experienced in stick welding
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with roller and belt conveyor systems
Knowledge of preventative maintenance best practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexibility and reliability in shift work environments
