Language Travel Consultant

Your mission

Your mission will be to drive sales of study abroad programs for clients based in Italy through written quotations, phone calls, and personalized consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Advising clients and selling tailored language travel programs (mainly via phone, email, and in person)
• Analyzing and responding to client inquiries based on their specific needs
• Preparing and presenting written quotations via in-person meetings, phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Ensuring consistent and proactive follow-up with clients (via phone, email, and WhatsApp)

Your professional skills

• You have excellent communication skills and know how to quickly build trust with clients
• You are results-driven and able to manage your own pipeline independently, effectively prioritizing your activities
• You are comfortable negotiating, presenting solutions, and guiding clients toward the final decision
• You are fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and have a strong command of English (min. B2); any additional language is a plus

• Contract type: 6-month contract (with the possibility of a permanent position)
• Working hours: Full-time
• National Collective Labor Agreement for Public Establishments, Catering and Tourism (H05Y) – Level V
• €21,500 – €23,500 gross annual (RAL), depending on experience and skills, plus company benefits
