The Assistant Coach position with our overnight camp will be assisting the head coach with a group of 15+ campers on giving direction for daily training sessions, small and large sided matches, helping them maneuver campus, and creating a culture of positivity at the direction of our head coach within our 5 day camp environment. They will help manage the dorm environment and facilitate information to their campers as well.

Duties/Responsibilities
Assisting with On-Field Coaching: Assisting the head coach in organizing and running training sessions specific to skill level and age, creating positive atmosphere around soccer within their group, providing information and encouragement of ways to improve. (50%)
Chaperone: walking kids to and from dorm to dining hall, fields, taking attendance, making sure entire group is in the appropriate place at the appropriate time, managing the dormitory setting. (35%)
Field Organizer: Setting up field activities at the direction of the head coach. (15%)
Requirements
Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:
Soccer background
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Understanding of the sport and ability to take direction from the coach who is leading the group.
Compensation Pay Range:
$20.00 per hour
