Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team in Orland Park, IL, in the south suburbs of Chicago.
As an NM Primary Care Physician, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. - Join a team of 17 providers. 11 Family Medicine Physicians, 6 Internal Medicine Physicians, and 3 Advance Practice Providers.
- Clinic Schedule Details: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday – 7 AM – 6 PM, Thursday – 8 AM – 5 PM, and Friday 8 AM – 4 PM
- Clinic Call Responsibilities: 3-4 weeks a year
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
- Nurse and certified medical assistant support
- Hospital privileges at Palos Hospital
- Standard primary care equipment, procedure room, and onsite lab services
- EPIC electronic health system
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
- Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
