We are looking for a Global People Services Lead who is strategic, collaborative and impact-focused to join us in our Human Resources team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will lead the transformation and delivery of centralised People Services, ensuring they are efficient, scalable and focused on employee experience. You will define the vision, operating model and roadmap for services such as employee data management, systems and learning, while progressively expanding into additional service areas transitioning from HR COE’s our regions. You will guide the transition and digitalisation of services closely working across regions and functions to create consistent, high-quality services that meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a team that partners closely with Global and Regional Human Resources teams, Digital Technology, Data Specialists, Finance, Legal and external providers. You will collaborate across a complex international environment, building strong partnerships to deliver high-quality people services globally.
What you’ll do
- Define and deliver a global people services strategy aligned with business priorities and employee experience goals.
- Lead global services including employee systems, people data and learning, ensuring consistent and compliant delivery.
- Design and scale new global services, transitioning activities from HR COE’s and regions into efficient centralized operations.
- Establish governance, performance metrics and processes to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive digital enablement and automation, enhancing tools and workflows.
- Support and empower global teams while managing external providers and stakeholder relationships.

For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills:
- Master’s degree and extensive experience in human resources operations or global people services leadership.
- Proven track record leading global transformation, service design or operating model implementation.
- Experience managing global vendors in complex international environments.
- Strong understanding of human resources processes, data privacy and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and focus on continuous improvement.
