Spa Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet spa guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out spa guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and tact
• Book spa appointments and provide information on available services and packages
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area
• Assist with retail sales of spa products
• Coordinate with other spa team members to ensure seamless operations
• Prior experience as a Spa Receptionist or in a similar position is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone lines
• Proficient in using computer systems and booking software
• Knowledge of spa treatments and services is a plus
• Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
