We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Full Stack Team Lead to strengthen our development team and play a key role in the design and implementation of modern digital applications.
Responsibilities
- Define and design the architecture between Frontend and Backend systems
- Lead and guide the development team (developers)
- Design and implement applications based on microservices architecture
- Participate in technical design and critical decision-making
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best development practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ Years of experience
- Strong experience in application development with Java (Spring Boot)
- Solid knowledge of microservices patterns and distributed systems
- Experience in frontend development with React (JavaScript)
- Experience in REST APIs and system integration
- Previous experience in a leadership or team coordination role
- Understanding of architectural patterns and design principles (SOLID, Clean Architecture, etc.)
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
