Data Scientist (Baltic Business Analytics Department)

Requirements

•

Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field

•

At least 2 years of experience in developing and maintaining statistical and/or machine learning models within the insurance or financial sector

•

Strong knowledge of Python and SQL

•

Proven experience with data cleaning, feature engineering and predictive modeling

•

Ability to work with large datasets and apply statistical and machine learning techniques for pricing and risk assessment

•

Experience with WTW Emblem or Radar will be considered an advantage

•

Native Lithuanian and good English communication skills for collaboration across the Baltics

•

Analytical mindset with creativity and curiosity to explore new approaches and solutions

•

Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and understandable way
