As a Data and Reporting Developer , you’ll focus on the Unlock pillar by designing and delivering modern, scalable data technology solutions aligned with the latest industry innovations.

Kraków: 3 days on-site + 2 days remote/week

What you'll be doing

• Design, build, and maintain data solutions (data pipelines, warehouses, big data systems).
• Develop robust code in Python, T-SQL, and C# to support enterprise-level data processing.
• Build ETL workflows and integrate data from various systems and platforms.
• Ensure secure and accurate movement of data from sources to targets.
• Provide advanced reporting solutions in Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Looker Studio) and Microsoft SQL Server .
• Publish and maintain Data Assets for analytics and real-time business operations.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and solve data challenges.Implement data quality checks , monitoring, and alerting for analytics flows.
• Utilize leading data tools such as Qlik Sense, PowerApps, Alteryx, Collibra, JIRA .Document design, processes, and create roadmaps for continuous improvement.

Who we're looking for

• Proven experience in data engineering and reporting roles, including ETL processes and data pipelines .
• Proficiency in Python and T-SQL (C# knowledge is a plus).
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (preferably Google Cloud) and big data technologies .
• Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Looker Studio , Qlik Sense .
• Solid understanding of data lifecycle management and architecture principles .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process optimization.
• Good command of English and ability to work in a global environment.
