Job description

WHAT YOU’LL DO 
As a Security Risks Responsible, you develop, implement, and maintain risk‑based security, compliance, and loss‑prevention strategies that align with company policies, global standards, legislation, and the sales market’s risk landscape. You ensure strong crisis preparedness, robust internal controls, and a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the market. 

You will: 

  • Develop and lead a resilient crisis management strategy and framework for the Sales Market. 
  • Regularly review the threat landscape, assess impact, and create/train crisis response plans. 
  • Provide security expertise and support for high‑profile company events and meetings. 
  • Work closely with policy owners to identify risks and gaps. 
  • Oversee risk management and compliance processes aligned with global/local standards, ensuring effective crisis, risk, and incident handling. 
  • Conduct risk assessments and store security audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies. 
  • Set expectations and deliver on internal control activities, frameworks, investigations, and audit plans. 
  • Ensure accurate reporting of all audit and internal control outcomes through global tools and communicate findings to stakeholders. 
  • Review results, identify/respond to compliance gaps and collaborate on corrective actions, updated procedures, and guidelines. 
  • Support the execution of loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage. 
  • Support and reinforce a strong health and safety culture across all areas of the business. 
  • Serve as a key business partner to the SM Security Manager, fostering a high‑performing culture within the team and sales market.  
  • Set priorities, empower decision‑making, and uphold accountability to secure strong execution and consistent performance across all areas. 

WHO YOU ARE 

You are a security and risk professional with a solid educational background, hands‑on experience in multi‑site environments, and strong analytical, compliance, and communication skills. You bring proactive problem‑solving, high ethical standards, and the ability to influence and collaborate across the business. 

We are looking for people with… 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a security, risk, or compliance‑related role. 
  • Strong understanding of auditing, compliance, and risk‑assessment methodologies. 
  • Knowledge of security systems, audit tools, loss‑prevention techniques, and risk‑management practices. 
  • Proactive problem‑solver with strong organizational skills. 

And people who are… 

  • Experienced working in retail, distribution, or multi‑site environments. 
  • Familiarity with information security frameworks and loss‑prevention systems
  • Analytical mindset with a continuous‑improvement approach.
  • Effective communicator able to influence and engage across all levels of the business. 
  • High ethical standards and strong accountability. 
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
