Job description

Business Manager - The Role

  • Prospect and secure new clients and projects across Belgium, overseeing the entire business development process.
  • Create, organize, and deliver commercial bids and tender submission
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
  • Handle the full financial cycle of client relationships, from bids to invoicing and credit control
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and prospects, handling requirements assessment, commercial discussions, contract terms, schedules, and resource distribution.

Business Manager - About You

  • You have a first experience of at least 2 years in a similar role (Business Manager), as a full-cycle recruiter or as a Sales Officer in the IT Industry
  • You are fully bilingual (C2 level) in French and Dutch, with a good command of English
  • An appetite for sales (cold & warm leads) is a must in this role!
