Business Manager - The Role
- Prospect and secure new clients and projects across Belgium, overseeing the entire business development process.
- Create, organize, and deliver commercial bids and tender submission
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Handle the full financial cycle of client relationships, from bids to invoicing and credit control
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and prospects, handling requirements assessment, commercial discussions, contract terms, schedules, and resource distribution.
Business Manager - About You
- You have a first experience of at least 2 years in a similar role (Business Manager), as a full-cycle recruiter or as a Sales Officer in the IT Industry
- You are fully bilingual (C2 level) in French and Dutch, with a good command of English
- An appetite for sales (cold & warm leads) is a must in this role!
