Head bartender M/W/X

We are looking for an experienced Head Bartender to join our team in a high-volume Irish pub with daily Live Music, karaoke and pub quizzes plus other events. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth bar operations and maintaining a high standard of customer experience.

Key responsibilities: - Leading bar operations during service - Coordinating and supporting bar staff during shifts - Ensuring efficient service in high-volume evening environments - Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with management - Maintaining high standards of customer service - Supporting the organisation and execution of live events and themed nights - Acting as a key point of reference during service

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume pub, bar, or hospitality environment
• Previous experience in Irish pubs or entertainment-focused venues is a strong advantage
• Experience in supervising shifts, coordinating teams, or supporting daily bar operations
• Strong ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced evening service environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are considered an asset
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and night shifts
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask during busy service periods
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
• Experience with live events, karaoke, sports bars, or live music venues is considered an advantage
• Good understanding of hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
