SBS is seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic banking clients in Belgium.
The Key Accounts Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic banking clients in Belgium. You will be the trusted partner for our clients' senior leadership, helping them drive their core banking and digital transformation agenda â and you will be accountable for significant growth across your portfolio.
This is a high-visibility role with real impact. You will lead virtual teams of solution consultants, delivery experts and senior SBS leadership to win complex deals and create lasting value for your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end commercial and contractual relationship for a portfolio of strategic Belgian banking clients
- Retain and grow accounts through sharp account strategies and value-led expansion plays
- Build trusted relationships at C-level (CEO, CIO, CFO, COO, CDO) and influence the digital agenda of our clients
- Position our core banking, digital engagement and SaaS solutions as strategic enablers of our clients' goals
- Lead bid and proposal teams (including RFx) and own contract negotiations together with legal and finance
- Collaborate across SBS business lines to surface and shape new revenue opportunities
- Minimum 6 years of experience selling enterprise software solutions to banks
- Fluent in Flemish (Dutch), French and English â all three are required for this role
- A proven track record of overperforming in complex enterprise sales cycles
- Deep understanding of the financial services sector and a strong existing network in the Belgian banking market
- A consultative sales style: business acumen, executive presence and the ability to build value with senior stakeholders
- Genuine curiosity â about your clients, about technology, and about how to solve their hardest problems
