About the Job
As a Senior Logistic Engineer, you will drive improvements across the end-to-end logistics chain, focusing on process optimization, ERP data management, and supply chain efficiency. You play a key role in industrializing new products, enhancing existing operations, and aligning product design with supply chain requirements. Working within the Supply Chain department, you will contribute to a dynamic, innovation-driven environment with strong international growth ambitions.
What you'll do
Initiate and implement improvements in the logistics and supply chain processes
Develop and introduce new logistics processes and workflows
Optimize ERP systems, data structures, and data management practices
Lead projects related to the industrialization of new or updated products
Collaborate with engineering to influence product design for better supply chain efficiency
Drive continuous improvements in existing supply chain systems and operations
Define, implement, and transfer ERP master data to operational teams
Coordinate and manage product changes within operations
Support layout and process changes in both systems and physical factory environments
Conduct analyses and implement improvements related to batch sizes, lead times, and inventory turnover
What you'll need
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role
Proven experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics and/or SAP)
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel
Experience in process improvement, industrialization, and supply chain optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment
Nice to have
Background in product customization and supply chain integration
Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
Familiarity with factory layout optimization and operational implementations
Strong stakeholder management and ability to connect across teams
