Job description
We’re looking for an organized and proactive professional to support our sales operations and lead generation activities. You’ll help find new clients, manage outreach, track deals, and keep communication flowing smoothly between teams.
- Research and identify new potential clients
- Create and update lead lists regularly
- Support outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other tools
- Review and qualify leads for potential fit
- Maintain communication and relationships with leads
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
- Track and report lead generation results
- Monitor new deals using the dashboard
- Coordinate with teams to resolve daily issues
- Help improve buying performance when needed
- Keep records organized and ensure process compliance
Requirements:
- Experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Fluent in English
- Strong skills in MS Excel and Microsoft Office
- Familiar with CRM systems and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn, email platforms)
- Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, procurement, or supply chain (a plus)

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Laprake and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
