The role
The Bell Attendant role is a fast-paced, customer-focused position that offers invaluable exposure to Crown Melbourne's hotel operations and guest service standards. We are seeking a Full-time Overnight Bell Attendant to join our dynamic team here at Crown Promenade.
Guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care, we are committed to creating memorable and elevated hospitality experience. As a Bell Attendant, your responsibilities include:
- Greet guests and visitors upon arrival and departure
- Deliver, collect, and store luggage efficiently and securely
- Explain room amenities and valet park guest vehicles
- Uphold Crown’s Forbes 5-Star service standards through exceptional customer service and attention to detail
About you
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- A current, unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence (manual licence highly regarded)
- Previous experience in a customer service role within a premium or 5-star environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Commitment to working across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
