Job Summary
The MGH Center for Global Health (CGH) serves as a hub for Massachusetts General Hospital’s global health community, advancing research, innovation, education, and compassionate care to improve the lives of underserved populations locally and globally.The Center for Global Health is seeking a full-time Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to support a dynamic portfolio of research focused on global migration, refugee health, emerging and tropical infectious diseases, HIV, and viral hepatitis.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated candidate to contribute to impactful global health equity and infectious diseases research while working closely with faculty investigators and multidisciplinary collaborators. Clean, manage, and maintain research datasets; support biostatistical and epidemiologic analyses under faculty supervision. Prepare publication- and presentation-ready tables, figures, graphs, and other research outputs. Conduct literature reviews and contribute to manuscript drafting, grant applications, presentations, and reference management. Coordinate regulatory activities, including institutional review board submissions and ongoing compliance requirements. Support grant development activities, including identifying funding opportunities, preparing detailed budgets, and coordinating with grants and finance partners.
Successful candidates will have excellent writing, organizational, and time-management skills, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in at least one data analysis platform, such as R, Stata, Julia, Python, or a similar program, is required. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, intellectually curious, and committed to work related to refugee health, health and human rights, and global health. For motivated candidates, this position offers meaningful opportunities to contribute to the design of original research, present findings, and serve as a lead author on scholarly publications. Experience in peer-reviewed research, global health research, applied epidemiology, and large datasets (for example, NHANES) is highly desirable. Proficiency in Spanish is an asset, though not required.

Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required, or Graduate Diploma Related Field of Study preferred.
