About the Role
This role is a highly strategic and relevant bet for QuintoAndar within the ForSale organization. We are looking for a driven professional to lead the structuring and launch of our new Primary Market (Primário) product. With high ambitions and a fast-paced environment, this position requires a leader who can build a business unit from the ground up, from 0→1. The successful candidate will serve as the architect of this new solution, ensuring it integrates seamlessly into the organization while driving aggressive growth and market penetration.
Responsibilities
- Hunting & Farming: Prospecting and building strong relationships with real estate developers (incorporadoras) to co-design the solution and outline clear, actionable implementation steps.
- Deal Structuring & Partner Integration: Developing meaningful relationships with institutional B2B partners to agree on legal and commercial terms, as well as collaborating closely to design and implement all necessary steps for a successful launch.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Acting as the strategic link across the organization by interacting with, prioritizing, and orchestrating leadership from Operations, Legal, Finance, and Growth Marketing to integrate this new business unit into existing pipelines and processes.
- Tech & Risk Mapping: Identifying critical technology requirements and anticipating potential implications or operational risks across different teams to ensure a smooth and successful product launch.
Requirements
- Self-Starter & High Autonomy: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple moving parts. The ideal leader must be fully autonomous, taking the initiative to define what to focus on next, ruthlessly prioritize tasks, and identify the critical paths needed to move the project forward without requiring constant direction.
- Strategic & Tactical Agility: Proven ability to navigate high-level strategic business decisions while comfortably diving into the granular details to identify critical bottlenecks and solutions.
- Stakeholder Management & Influence: Exceptional ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders (both internal C-level/leadership and external partners) within a complex, cross-functional environment. Strong project management and prioritization skills are mandatory.
- Analytical Rigor: Deep analytical mindset to define success criteria from scratch. The candidate must know how to evaluate the performance of a completely new product and translate data into actionable strategy.
- AI Leverage: Practical experience and readiness to utilize AI tools to accelerate data capture, identify necessary course corrections faster, and bring overall productivity and agility to the project's execution.
