Job Summary
Join our fast-growing team and improve lives through real estate! In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to learn every aspect of property operations while making a tangible impact on our residents and local communities. Working closely with the Property Manager, you will help direct the daily operations of four apartment communities across Shaker Heights and Edgewater.
Pay Range: $24-26/hour

Core Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through prompt, professional, and authentically caring responses
- Maximize operational performance of properties
- Lead the leasing efforts for your property group, including advertising, applications, showings, move-ins, and renewals
- Maintain clean and safe properties by resolving tenant complaints, conducting onsite inspections, and enforcing rules of occupancy
- Other duties as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Successful Candidate Profile
Experience
- Proven success in customer service and administration
- Exposure to leasing or property management, including a foundational understanding of Fair Housing guidelines
- Familiarity with Cleveland's market-rate multifamily real estate industry

Other Requirements
- Availability to work a 40-hour work week, which may include Saturdays
- Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Valid vehicle registration and insurance
- Able to ascend/descend stairs, traverse uneven terrain, transport up to 25 lbs, and use a computer for a full workday
