Job description
- Apply Industrial Engineering methods to improve efficiency and optimize cost in the Motorcycle Tires production area.
- Conduct time studies, analyze OEE/TEEP, losses, material flow, and benchmarking data.
- Identify improvement opportunities, calculate savings, and run feasibility studies with Production and Engineering.
- Lead improvement projects and workshops (workplace, layout, material flow, work organization).
- Implement and maintain standard times, SOPs, and CBS standards on the shop floor.
- Participate in business team meetings to drive OEE/TEEP and performance targets.
- Report improvements and present results in monthly production reviews.
- Ensure ESH compliance in the area of responsibility.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Production Management.
- Experience in tire manufacturing processes and process optimization.
- Knowledge of time study methods (REFA / MOST / MTM), CBS, and lean tools.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and shop-floor engagement skills.
- Project management and cross-cultural exposure preferred.
- Good command of English.
