职位概述 ：

负责整车热管理系统（含电池热管理、HVAC/热泵、动力总成冷却等）的标定计划、标定用例、标定流程和标定方法，确保热性能、能效、可靠性与乘员舒适性满足产品目标与法规要求。

Responsible for the calibration planning, test cases, processes, and methodologies of the Vehicle Thermal Management System (including Battery Thermal Management, HVAC/Heat Pump, and Powertrain Cooling), ensuring that thermal performance, energy efficiency, reliability, and passenger comfort meet product targets and regulatory requirements

职责：

1.负责热管理性能开发，热管理目标及工况制定、系统匹配策略制定及优化；

Responsible for thermal management performance development, including defining targets and operating conditions, as well as formulating and optimizing system matching strategies

2.负责热管理系统整车验证方案计划及测试；

In charge of planning and executing vehicle-level validation programs and testing for the thermal management system.

3.根据市场需求和行业发展，支持制定整车热管理集成技术路线和系统架构；

Define the vehicle thermal management integration roadmap and system architecture based on market demands and industry trends.

4.负责热管理仿真与性能匹配，结合仿真对系统性能和部件选型进行确认。

Lead thermal management simulation and performance matching, utilizing simulation results to validate system performance and finalize component selection.

5.识别项目中的技术风险和成本/性能折衷，向项目组提出可执行的解决方案。

Identify technical risks and cost/performance trade‑offs in projects and propose executable solutions to the project team.

1.全日制统招本科生及以上学历，软件工程、车辆工程、能源动力工程、自动化等相关专业，5年以上新能源汽车整车热管理标定经验

Bachelor degree with major in SW engineering, vehicle engineering, Power engineering, automation engineering related, 5 years work experience with NEV thermal calibration development

2.具备新能源车辆热管理系统经验，有热泵空调应用经验，熟悉热管理系统零部件关键特性。

Faimilar with NEV thermal management system experience for heat pump application and know details for TMS components.

3.熟悉整车热管理软件架构和核心控制算法。

Familiar with TMS SW architecture and core SW module.

4.熟悉舒适性评价标准，熟练掌握自动空调和热管理标定方法，并具有相关的软硬件及系统设计知识

Faimilar with comfortable evaluation criteria, know auto AC and TMS calibration method, deep knowledge for related SW/HW and system design know how.

5.熟练使用INCA/CANape等软件工具，熟悉Matlab等建模软件的使用

Proficient in software tools such as INCA and CANape, with hands-on experience in modeling software like MATLAB.

6.英语流利，可作为工作语言进行日常交流。

Fluent English as working language during daily work.

7.有C1及以上驾照，驾驶能力优秀，能独立开展三高标定和道路测试，有热管理系统标定经验的优先

Possess a C1 driver's license or above with excellent driving skills. Must be capable of independently conducting "Three Highs" (high altitude, high temperature, high humidity) calibration and road testing. Prior experience in thermal management system calibration is highly preferred.
