Ideal Profile Technical Experience

• Proven experience developing AI-powered applications, copilots, virtual assistants, or agent-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure AI Services, Microsoft Copilot technologies, Microsoft 365, and related platforms.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, and business workflows.
• Strong software development skills using technologies such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar.
• Understanding of AI security, governance, and responsible AI principles.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI Foundry.
• Experience implementing workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
• Experience working within consulting, advisory, or solution-focused environments.
• Familiarity with business process analysis and solution design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI solutions using Microsoft AI technologies and services.
• Build and configure intelligent AI agents capable of delivering natural, conversational user experiences.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, business workflows, and Microsoft platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and define solution approaches.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and recommend practical applications aligned to business objectives.
• Develop proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Support the design and implementation of AI-enabled business processes and automation initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance on AI architecture, governance, security, and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation plans, and solution recommendations.
