Product Creation Process Coordinator

Overview

At REI, we believe a life outdoors is a life well lived. As a Product Process Coordinator, you help our Co-op Brands team run smoothly. You support the day-to-day processes that bring products to life, from early planning through execution.

In this role, you keep teams organized, schedules on track, and key processes moving forward. You help reduce friction so others can focus on creating great products. If you enjoy structure, solving problems, and supporting a team, this role is for you.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Coordinate recurring product creation processes, schedules, and calendars
• Support documentation, templates, and tools (SharePoint, Smartsheet, and similar)
• Help plan and schedule key business milestones (monthly, seasonal, annual)
• Provide project and administrative support to the Product Creation team
• Build strong relationships across teams to support shared goals
• Identify ways to improve processes and reduce manual work

Qualifications

Required

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, merchandising, or similar work
• Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office products
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred:
• Experience supporting product creation or merchandising teams
• Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet or Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work through changing priorities and unclear situations

Pay Range

$28.08 - $39.21 per hour
