Maintenance Assistant

Job Overview

Ebenezer is looking for a Temporary Maintenance Assistant to join our team! This position is responsible for performing general maintenance duties consistent with the Preventative Maintenance Program. This position is also responsible for completing work orders and assisting custodian/housekeeping staff as needed at our Nursing facility in Bloomington, MN.

This position includes;

• 80 hours per two weeks
• Day shift
• Every weekend

Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living Campus is located in East Bloomington, near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. Managed by Ebenezer, we offer 137 units between our Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and Transitional Care. We have an outstanding team of tenured staff. The only thing missing is YOU! Required Qualifications

• 1 year One to Three Years
• Experience with mechanical equipment
• Special Boilers License - State MN (must have upon hire or be able to obtain within 90-days of hire date.) Upon Hire
• Drivers License Current Driver’s License (in good standing)

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
• 3 years Three to Five Years

$20.83- $29.40 Hourly
