Overview We are looking for a Sales Advancement Specialist to join our team in Toronto! Primarily responsible for implementing sales strategies and processes, and executing against divisional and regional priorities using scalable, automated solutions to drive sales and retention success. This role partners closely with field teams, business stakeholders, and subject-matter experts to define enablement objectives, and translates these insights into practical, sales-relevant, and channel-specific content and solutions. How you'll make an impact Lead end-to-end coordination of RFPs, proposals, and sales pursuits, ensuring high-quality, on-time submissions. Partner with Sales Leaders, Practice Leaders, and Producers to shape pursuit strategy and translate inputs into clear, structured proposal content. Own the development and design of sales materials (proposals, pitch decks, campaigns), including industry-specific visuals and infographics.. Transform complex or technical information into compelling, client-ready narratives that support effective prospect engagement. Manage multiple concurrent opportunities, including timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional inputs (Sales, Data Analyst, Legal, Finance, HR, Operations). Support sales enablement by maintaining and enhancing proposal content, collateral, and internal resources (including intranet materials). Drive consistency and continuous improvement across proposal processes, templates, and stakeholder communication. About you Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of project coordination experience, ideally supporting sales, proposals, or marketing activities. Experience working with multiple senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities. Exposure to proposal development, RFP coordination, or sales enablement is an asset. Strong interest in sales strategy, growth initiatives, and professional services environments. Willingness to obtain a RIBO license within the first 12 months in the role, if not currently licensed. Skills/Other: Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and follow up constructively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to bring structure to complex, idea‑driven projects. Proficient in Microsoft products (ie. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Copilot). Proficient in Adobe InDesign with an understanding of layout, hierarchy, and audience perspective. Detail‑oriented while maintaining a strategic, big‑picture view. Curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn how national sales strategies are developed and executed.
