What the day will look like: GAM Updating, e.g., policy digest completion within 90 days from the effectivity date of policies Central work processing (CWP), e.g., booking, client maintenance, amendments, etc. Advisory to producing offices of contract (MSA/LPA) requirements Monitoring of renewal placement activities, including gathering information relative to material changes Assistance in preparing renewal reports; Handling of newly won AGCN accounts, e.g., NAIF, introduction to local clients, providing producing offices of information relevant to renewal policies, etc. Others, as may be assigned by the Team Leader and his deputies Account Management of assigned light to medium handling accounts Skills and experience that will lead to success Indicating a track record of success, you will be inquisitive, keen to learn and have a passion for data and the opportunities and business insights it reveals. Demonstrate resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change Ability to work with all levels including senior stakeholders. Able to develop simple solutions to complex problems Strong client-focus with a passion for delivering added new value. Results driven and take accountability for results. Highly analytical and detail-oriented Curious and willing to learn Interested in the insurance market Personable and able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners Proactive and a self-starter Confident in communicating work to teammates and clients Able to act with conviction and be a people-influencer Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Education: Candidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 – year course) and experience working in an insurance, financial services, or management consulting will be viewed advantageously.
