Sea to Summit is a global premium outdoor brand trusted by adventurers worldwide. North America is a critical growth engine for our business. We are investing in leadership capability, scalable operations and disciplined execution to unlock the next phase of growth.
We are seeking a commercially astute Talent & Culture Business Partner to partner directly with our Regional President and North America Leadership Team.
This is not a traditional HR role.
This is a growth enabler role.
The Mandate:
You will ensure talent, leadership capability and our performance approach accelerate revenue growth and margin expansion — not constrain them. You will operate at both strategic and operational levels:
- Aligning people strategy to commercial outcomes
- Diagnosing capability gaps
- Elevating leadership effectiveness
- Embedding high performance standards
- Managing U.S. employee relations and compliance with discipline and sound judgement
You will also lead selected global Talent & Culture initiatives.
What You Will Drive:
Commercial Partnership
- Translate growth strategy into executable people plans
- Use workforce data to improve retention and performance
- Identify and remove organisational barriers to commercial revenue growth
Talent & Organisational Capability
- Lead organizational design initiatives required for growth
- Embed disciplined performance management
Culture & Engagement
- Convert engagement insights into measurable actions
- Activate a compelling EVP in a competitive U.S. talent market
Risk & Governance
- Own U.S. employee relations case load
- Manage payroll for North America
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment law
- Mitigate risk while upholding company values
What We’re Looking For
- Proven HR Business Partner experience, ideally in growth environments
- Strong commercial acumen — you understand revenue drivers and margin impact
- Confidence and capability influencing senior leaders
- High capability in performance management, engagement and change management
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment law
- Analytical, pragmatic, and results oriented
Preferred:
Consumer goods experience. Outdoor industry exposure. Experience supporting rapid growth.
Why Join Sea to Summit?
- Global brand with strong growth momentum
- Direct partnership with senior commercial leadership
- Ability to shape North America’s next growth phase
- Opportunity to influence globally
- Competitive salary, performance incentives, 401(k), full benefits
- Relocation support available
This is a full-time office-based position (2 remote work days); located in Broomfield, Colorado. This position comes with a comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision), retirement match, EAPs, paid time off, community service leave, paid holidays, wellness stipend, gear allowance, and some other great perks. The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000.
Sea to Summit is committed to building an inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and everyone is encouraged to apply. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, disability, national origin, protected veteran status, age, or any other status protected by applicable national, federal, state, or local law.
